How to create server with Snapshot

Snapshot is a function of the microhost cloud platform that creates an instant "image" of your server's file system at a specified time interval or we may say Cloning of a server at a specified time interval. Snapshot image occupy a small amount of storage space.


Step 1 : Login into the Microhost Account Dashboard .


Step 2 : First , take the snapshot of the server . Choose the server and click on Action < Manage Cloud . 



Step 3 : Move to Snapshots option and Click on take Live Snapshot . 



Snapshot has been created . 


Step 4 : Now again go to the Cloud Servers option for the deployment of a new Cloud server with Snapshot . 



Step 5 : Click on Create New Cloud Server .



Step 6 : Select DC location , Select the snapshot created on Step no. 3 as shown in the Screenshot below .









Step 7 : Choose the package and deploy the cloud .



Server has been created with Snapshot .
